If you live in the USA, sell Internationally and prefer to ship via USPS 1st Class, we would like to suggest you download Endicia. International Invoices: If you make a sale that requires the shipping amount to be adjusted follow these steps:
- Click on Navigation Bar Members Area
- Click Selling
- Click Sold Items
- Scroll to bottom of page

Click Edit Product Invoice

Here's where you change your postage amount

Place a checkmark next to the shipping amount

Change the shipping charges

Click Proceed Button

Click on the send or resend button

Your International customer will now receive an invoice with the correct shipping charges

Please be sure to state within your auction pages that you prefer to manually send invoices vs. having your customer pay immediately upon winning item; therefore shorting you on shipping charges

Once your customer makes payment, you have the option to go into your account and delete that invoice

It has been brought to our attention that the "Send This Auction To a Friend" and the "Ask Poster a Question" feature may not be functioning properly for some members. The problem lies in the sender's email address, i.e. if you have a Yahoo, Gmail, AOL, MSN (or any free email account), your ISP may kick it back to you as spam and declare it "undeliverable."
If this is happening to you (as the sender) it is because your ISP has deemed what you are sending as spam. Please know that this is the only feature within our new website that seems to have a malfunction. Everything else is working flawlessly. Should you happen to run across any other issues using our website, please let us know via the Contact Us.

WoW! We have come a long way since the inception of ZeN back in February of 2009! We hope you like the new selling/bidding venue for Zippo collectors and sellers. This is an ongoing project and please keep in mind layout and content will change from time-to-time.

fee structure for our new website. You'll see a no nonsense flat-rate selling fee for auctions. You will have the option to pay for home page "featured" listings and other features such as
bold titles.
You have complete control over which countries you wish to ship to (unlike eBay), and have the option to add insurance to shipping fees. For the most part LighterAuctions.com is similar to eBay... only better because of the freedom you'll have over your own stuff!
We are in the process of adding a feature for our members to import their eBay feedback. We're also looking into a bulk import tool for those of you who have eBay stores and wish to import your inventory to this website.
